Coronavirus COVID-19

Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

The health and safety of our customers and employees is paramount at Ballarat Indoor Go Karts & Laserforce, as such, we are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely. We’re closely following the advice received from the Australian Government, as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO), regarding precautions that are needed to minimise risks concerned with COVID-19. At this stage, until the Australian Government deems otherwise, we will continue to operate as usual.

As a precautionary measure, we have reduced the Track & Laserforce Arena capacity in all sessions by 50% to ensure there is a smaller number of participants within the premises at any given time. This means we’re increasing the distance between each participant.

Hygiene Practices

At Ballarat Indoor Go Karts & Laserforce we uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities, we have daily processes in place to ensure that our venue is cleaned regularly.

However, we understand that concerns over the coronavirus have put hygiene top of mind for everyone, therefore we have taken a number of extra measures to ensure that our venue is thoroughly sanitised.

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning for high touch point areas within each centre, including bathrooms, Karts, Laserforce suits, handrails, countertops, café tables and seating, doors and point of sale equipment.
  • We’ve appointed a staff member within each session to monitor the hygiene levels around the park. You will see them walking around and disinfecting all surfaces and equipment.
  • We have fresh air circulating through open windows and doors
